that encounter

w/                mystery

no digression

cut

open &

bleed

thick

viscous

red                  red                  red

terrified

slit in

wisty air

breath                        silver

shiver

body

blocked

prison : cells

drifting

bullets

think in                       bodies

molten magma

fasten

tongue

serene/violent

burning

Galapagos

iridescent

from

the sea

 

disembowelled &

set aflame

i

could not

sky

w/

salt-filled

eyes

& smoke-filled

nose

 

deep

ocean of

remembrance

you

are

my ancestor

standing

breathing

deeping

on Coran’s

tomb

at trig point

as the sun

sets

before                         Samhain

skeleton

skulls

sp[r]outing

blood &

roses –

you’ve

really made things

so much

worse

you

tell me

in your

way as we

walk

through this new

underworld

we’ve

made
