Embodied Writing Workshop with Sally-Shakti Willow
Wednesday 27 March, 10.30am-12.30 – Gallery North, Hailsham
FREE
In this workshop we’ll meditate, move and write with the element of water. We’ll use all of our senses to connect deeply with water. Exercises will be based around the sensory experiences of sight, sound, touch, taste and smell. We’ll explore a variety of approaches to writing, including free-writing, free-verse, collage and collaboration.

This is a practical writing workshop that will engage with the Vital Water exhibition in the gallery as a stimulus for writing.
Please bring your own bottle of drinking water to this workshop.
